Armed with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, alongside an MBA, Hoa blends analytical rigour with strategic vision. His prior career as a commodities trader across Asia has equipped him with a nuanced understanding of regional market behavior, customer trends, and high-performance execution—insights that will be instrumental in crafting programs that resonate across Southeast Asia.

Hoa’s role at AiRe will focus on helping shape and validate our performance recovery programs, bridging evidence-based modalities with scalable wellness protocols. His global perspective—shaped by professional stints in Canada, the US, Switzerland, and Singapore—gives him a unique ability to distill best practices into culturally-relevant solutions.

An ultra-endurance athlete, Hoa exemplifies AiRe’s philosophy of pushing boundaries. He has completed the Seven Summits, including Mt. Everest and Mt. Vinson, and has logged over 350 scuba dives globally. His passion for movement, resilience, and human optimization drives his belief that any goal is achievable with the right mindset and recovery tools—values that mirror our mission at AiRe.
